Quantized feedback stabilization of nonlinear cascaded systems with dynamic uncertainties

Abstract

This paper studies the quantized partial-state feedback stabilization of a class of nonlinear cascaded systems with dynamic uncertainties. Under the assumption that the dynamic uncertainties are input-to-state practically stable, we develop a novel recursive design method for quantized stabilization by taking into account the influence of quantization and using the small-gain theorem. When the dynamic uncertainty is input-to-state stable, asymptotic stabilization can be achieved with the proposed quantized control law.
