    Abstract

    Measurements of the exclusive branching fractions B(D0-ee) and B(D0K-ee), using data collected at the (3770) with the Mark III detector at the SLAC e+e- storage ring SPEAR, are used to determine the ratio of the Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix elements -Vcd/Vcs-2 =0.0570.015+0.0380.005.
