    Abstract

    The salt is a two-dimensional conductor with a high mobility at low temperatures. The nonlinear effects were strongly suppressed by a magnetic field. There was no threshold field. The radiation damage lowered the transition temperature of the spin-density-wave state system. Superconductivity under pressure was suppressed by the addition of a few defects.
