Generation of uniform photonic balls by template-assisted colloidal crystallization

Abstract

Generation of uniform photonic balls was discussed. Template-assisted colloidal crystallization was used. It was found that the size of these assemblies can be controlled by varying the injection pressure or particle concentration.
