DNA structural engineering using immobile junctions

Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

Immobile DNA branched junctions are a complex macromolecular system whose structural features are readily tractable to a simple sequence-design algorithm based on the minimization of sequence symmetry. This algorithm has been applied to the construction of Holliday recombination analogs and to multiply-connected geometrical objects, including a DNA molecule with the connectivity of a cube.
