Collisions between Alfven wave packets in cosmic electromagnetic fields

Abstract

It is shown that collisions between Alfven wave packets and the cascades generated by these collisions in cosmic electromagnetic fields can determine the photon temperature fluctuations for arcminute scales on the last scattering surface.
